Located in a calm neighborhood where normal Portuguese live with local habits (and prices), 30 minutes from the center of Lisbon, Belém or Sintra by public transport (even less by car). Without the tourist tax of 4 euros per day per adult charged in the center of Lisbon It is a functional apartment with 78m², fully equipped, close to a small public garden, where with luck you can see green parrots flying in the early morning and late afternoon.

This apartment is unique in its surroundings due to the terrace equipped with a barbecue and a beautiful view. Take a walk to Parede beach (9 min), or to Riviera Shopping Center, on the way to Carcavelos beach (12 min walk) where you can take surf lessons. The house is located on the 3rd floor, without elevator, so it's an opportunity to do some fitness. :) It's equipped with Wi-Fi, TV in the living room and bedroom, and a complete kitchen with dish and cloth washing machines..

The villa has a modern and cozy decor, lots of light, two bedrooms, one of which is en-suite, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen to allow you a peaceful stay. The apartment is in a residential area of Lisbon and very peaceful location but still within the centre of the city. Next to the Benfica and Sporting football stadiums. Comfortable and near all amenities and transport. Supermarket is a 3 minute walk and the underground is a 5 minute walk with a direct line to the old town. Biggest shopping centre in Europe is 5 minutes away. There are very few bookings on the calendar because it was only put on abnb on 18/6.
