Η είσοδος στο χώρο του διαμερίσματος είναι ιδιωτική για τους καλεσμένους. Το σπίτι απέχει 3' με το αμάξι από την παραλία και 6' απο το κέντρο. Με αμάξι η απόσταση από το αεροδρόμιο είναι 17' και 5' από το λιμάνι της Ραφήνας. Η περιοχή της Αρτέμιδας είναι δημοφιλής τόπος για water sports (SUP, Windsurfing, kitesurfing).

Further (42k) is Lavrio and its port to other islands (tzia, kythnos etc) and the temple of Poseidon at cape Sounio (24 km). Cosy seafront appartment at porto rafti's marina. Right next to the sea, you can hear the waves , 20m from a small beach. Cafes and restaurants at 1min. 20mim to the airport. Beautiful 3rd floor apartment 30sqm (without elevator) with a magnificent view. Διαμερισμα μπροστά στην θάλασσα στο υπέροχο λιμανάκι του Πορτο Ραφτη. Παραλία για μπανιο στα 20μ, όμορφες ταβέρνες και μπαρ με τα πόδια σε 5λεπτα. Σε πολυ ήσυχο σημειο. Στον 3ο όροφο ( χωρίς ασανσέρ) επιφάνειας 30μ2.

A peaceful, warm and accommodating house, suitable for every guest, surrounded by lemon trees, orange trees and lawn. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, 400 meters from the beach (5min walking) where you can find a wide variety of local restaurants, cafés, the picturesque port of Nea Makri and the coastal sidewalk leading to the complex of the Egyptian Gods sanctuary, beach bars. Nea Makri Square is just 200 meters in which is the shopping area.
