Mysig stuga vid skogsbrynet

I natursköna Trångsund, 18 minuter från Stockholms central, hittar ni denna mysiga stuga. En tio minuters promenad tar er till Trångsunds centrum med mataffär, apotek, kiosk, kemtvätt, skomakare och enklare restauranger. På lika lång tid går ni till närmsta badplats eller omtyckta caféet och restaurangen Villa Printz. Stugan ligger precis vid skogsbrynet, intill en vandringsled. Härifrån hör du hackspettar och andra fåglar och i gryningen tassar såväl räv som rådjur och harar ofta förbi.

Egen stuga med plats för 1-3 personer. Soffa och liten matplats och litet pentry med mikro, kokplatta och kylskåp. Liten dusch och toalett. Hela stugan är på 15 kvm. Stugan ligger på villatomt med skyddat läge. Parkeringsplats på tomt. Tv-skärm med chromecast. Sängen är 120 cm bred och överslafen är 90 cm. Ca 4 min promenad till busshållplats. Buss till Huddinge C ca 10 min, därefter ca en kvart med pendeltåg till Stockholm. Buss till Södertörns högskola/Karolinska/Flemingsberg 10 min.

Welcome to our modern tiny cabin in Tungelsta – just 30 minutes from Stockholm. Here, you'll stay next to the forest, with easy access to the Sörmlandsleden trail and beautiful hiking paths. Enjoy a wood-fired sauna or a warm soak in the hot tub – both available all year round. During summer (May–Sept), you’ll also have access to a heated pool, kept at around 30°C. It is all private and not shared with others. A cozy holiday retreat for couples, small families or friends – in any season.

Small apartment with own entrance. The room/apartment has a kitchen with a new stove, oven, microwave, fridge etc and its own toilet. The spa with a wooden sauna, bath tub and a shower is mainly for your own use. The laundry and recreation room are shared with us. The apartment is in the basement of our classical villa from 1942 in peaceful area with a big garden and barbeque possibilities. 10 min by car to Södermalm, 15 min to city center with t-bana from Skarpnäck or Skogskyrkogården .

House only 20 minutes from Stockholm City. The view and surroundings are spectacular. It is a natural lake reserve with beautiful forrest where you will walk alone and just hear the birds. From both the room and the sauna you have the lake just outside the window and there is such a feeling of tranquility. The house fits 2people. Extra guests will get new house next door. Possible with up to 6 people. 2 guests in the RED lakehouse and 4 people in the new BLACK house 20 meters from lake.

När du vill känna storstadspulsen så kan man ta tåget ”pendeltåg” gångavstånd 15min och tar 10 min Södermalm 15 min city taxi in till södermalm som tar ca 10-15 min beroende av trafik. Tyresta nationalpark 17 min med bil 8km till Tel2 Arena, 10 km till Skanstull, 13 km till T-centralen 20 km till Friends Arena

Välkomna till vår stuga med ett unikt läge på sjötomt i mysiga Gladö Kvarn. Vi är omgivna av stora naturreservat, men endast 10 min med bil, 20 min med buss till Huddinge C. Stor terass med sjöutsikt. Egen sittplats vid sjön. Huset har vardagsrum, kök, sovloft, dusch, tvättmaskin. Handukar och lakan finns och ingår i priset. 500 m till buss som går till Huddinge C och pendeltåg in till Stockholm C, 15 min.

Mysig stuga i natursköna Ågesta

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende 100 meter från Ågesta golfklubb. En av Stockholms finaste golfbanor. Ta ett dopp i Magelungen 5 minuters promenad från huset. Fråga gärna mig om badplatsen - området har en egen. Blir du sugen på Stockholm ligger tunnelbanan 1,5 km från huset eller så tar du bilen och är mitt i stan om 15 minuter. Ågesta har en fantastisk fågelsjö några hundra meter från huset.
