The house Gabrijel is situated at a peaceful location in an unspoilt nature, away from the city hustle and bustle. Here, you can enjoy the peace, quiet and fresh air. The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Vacation at almost 1,140 m above sea level - where the air is clear and the views are fantastic, is our comfortable 42 m² apartment. With fantastic views of the surrounding mountains and quietly located, Konradgut 11 is an ideal starting point for extended hikes into the surrounding forests. The newly built and fully furnished apartment in 2020 offers relaxation, tranquility and modern amenities! The infrared cabin provides the necessary wellness factor. See for yourself!

Chalet am See!

Our chalet by the lake (120 m²) has three spacious bedrooms and a bathroom on each floor. There is also an indoor sauna on the second floor. The dining and living area on the ground floor is also spacious with a pull-out corner sofa, large dining table and comfortable chairs. There is a south-facing terrace. The chalet is clad with old wood walls, which provide a cozy flair. There are two private parking spaces available directly at the chalet.

The chalet is located at an altitude of 1720 m, has a sauna and is accessible by car all year round. For summer vacationers, there are hiking and mountain biking opportunities. Lake Ossiach can be reached in 25 minutes by car. In winter you are in the middle of the Gerlitzen ski resort. The chairlift of the Wörthersee descent is a 2-minute walk away. Ski tours or snowshoe hikes along the snow-covered ski slopes or in the forest are also popular.

This cozy 1-room studio apartment with around 22 m² combines everything you need for a relaxing stay – open, light-flooded and charmingly designed. The room offers a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious double bed with TV, a dining area and a high-quality bathroom with rain shower. The highlight is the approximately 15 m² private terrace with lounge furniture and dining area – a perfect place to enjoy the sun and get some fresh air.

An ecologically sustainable new wooden house is looking for friendly residents. Modern, comfortably equipped and with everything you need to really relax. Hillside - within walking distance of the mountains, to the pubs and in a few minutes by car to the lake. Spacious living room with many opportunities to retreat. For a few days there has also been an outdoor sauna, which serves for relaxation after an extensive hike.
