Traditional stone sheepfold overlooking the sea, in the heart of the maquis just minutes from the village of Sari d 'Orcino. Ideal for four people, the house is composed of 2 bedrooms with private bathroom (Italian shower, independent toilet), a kitchen open to a cosy living room. The wooden terrace with heated pool lounge and sunbeds will be synonymous with relaxation and letting go. A wooden terrace surrounded by rocks and scrubland, for a more intimate atmosphere.

This beautiful villa located in the countryside between sea and mountain, offers you all the comforts for a pleasant stay for families or groups of friends. Very spacious, it consists of a fitted kitchen open to the living and dining room. Five bedrooms, two bathrooms, two toilets and a cellar. A large garden with 6-seater jacuzzi, an above-ground wooden pool, relaxation area and very quiet and not overlooked dining area. Close to beaches and Ajaccio.

A dining table is set with plates and glasses, overlooking an expansive view of mountains and the sea. The sun reflects off the water and the private pool, creating a serene atmosphere. A bottle waits on the table, complementing the inviting outdoor dining experience.

Very beautiful sea view at 180° and mountain , architect villa of 2022 of 150 M2 3 minutes from the beach, restaurants and shops open year-round. Master bedroom with a bed (1.60/2.00) as well as its separate bathroom/WC followed by two other bedrooms with single 2-seater beds (1.40/1.90) as well as a second bathroom with a toilet. Fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, wine cellar), air conditioning, Wi-Fi. Beach 10 minutes away, city center 10 minutes away. Shops 5 minutes away.
