Solbakken Microhouse

The tiny house is located in peaceful and scenic surroundings in the Solbakken farmyard in Os. In front of the house is Solbakkestova Gallery with its associated sculpture garden, which is always open to the public. Around the house, goats graze, chickens roam freely in the courtyard, and you can see alpacas and ponies on the other side of the road. All the animals belong to the smallholding and can be visited. The house has terraces on both sides, where it is lovely to sit and take in the surroundings and feel the peace. There are also great hiking trails nearby.

At the house there is an outdoor area with a quay and a small private beach. It is well located for fishing in the fjord. There is a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. The whole house consists of two separate apartments. This is one of them and is one of them. The smallest unit is in the front of the house. Jondal is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts.

Charming old farmhouse for rent on beautiful Varaldsøy. Located inland, about 500 m from the ferry dock, with a beautiful view of Hardangerfjorden, Folgefonna and Kvinnheradfjella. The house is about 90 m2, plus an attic with 3 bedrooms/attic rooms. 11 good sleeping places plus baby bed, kitchen and bathroom are refurbished in 2022/23. Terrace, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Welcome to Nautaneset! Originally an old croft that is now used as a holiday home. The cabin is located undisturbed by Sævareidsfjorden with road all the way up. Here you get access to a charming old house, large green areas, good swimming opportunities, fishing opportunities and a boathouse with access to kayaks, fishing equipment, outdoor toys, fire pan and outdoor furniture. Outside the boathouse there is a large plot and a wood-fired hot tub. The area is child and animal friendly. Water from well, drinking water from tank.

Leave the car, put on your hiking shoes and take the trip up to Bondhus lake (35 min walk), Gardshammar 745 m above sea level (2 h walk), Breidablikk or Fonnabu v/Folgefonna! Otherwise, there is an opportunity to relax on one of the terraces overlooking the Bondhus glacier or Mauranger fjord. 20 min drive to Odda and 30 min to Rosendal. Trolltunga parking about 1h15min by car.
