Le Parc 79 – Historic Manoir, guesthouse & pool

Le Parc 79 consists of two houses set in 6 acres of private land. We can accommodate up to 18 people across both, which are normally rented as a unit, giving guests exclusive and flexible use of the many public and private areas - perfect for multi generational family use. Le Parc (main house) has 6 bedrooms (5 doubles + 1 twin + foldout bed). Le Pavillon (guesthouse) has 2 bedrooms (1 double +1 triple). Guests have the use of our 12 x 5m unheated saltwater pool, terraces and the parkland.

Azay-Sur-Thouet is 1H30 from La Rochelle, 1H00 from Futuroscope and Puy du Fou, 45 min from Marais Poitevin and 10 min from Parthenay (FLIP) and Pougne Hérisson (Festival du Nombril du Monde). No pets.

Parthenay our "little Carcassonne", pretty medieval town, but also its Game Festival in July, great cavalcade for the weekend of Pentecost, a long greenway for hiking or cycling. My garden and terrace are at your disposal, pets on site 2 cats and a dog.
