If animals are found in the apartment, a surcharge of €70 for extraordinary cleaning expenses will automatically apply. The apartment is located in the center of the city, on the third floor of a building with an elevator. It is very well located, with 2 balconies and windows in all the rooms. In case you want to bring the coffee, we have a Dolce Gusto coffee maker. The apartment has a queen size bed of 150, a single bed of 90 and a sofa bed of 135.

Lázaro and Manolita invested their retirement savings in this house, and for years, it held beautiful family memories.
