Nowdays only 200 people live here. My father renovated the ancient family house: a two floor old Stone house with a gorgeous view on the Calabrian Sea. It's perfect for a couple who is discovering the old tradition of Calabria. Important: The only way to get to our house in Pietrapaola is by car. No public transport or taxi

Parking space, entrance with small staircase and private garden, house equipped with kitchen, 1 bathroom, and 2 bedrooms. There are heaters and a washing machine. Very quiet area inhabited mostly by families, the house is located 1 minute from the University of Calabria and 5 minutes from the central areas of Rende. Area also accessible by public transport.

A haven of peace and quiet

It is a wooden and stone chalet, the upper part is my accommodation, while the lower part (recently renovated) is all for guests: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large and bright living room and a small but very functional kitchen. The outdoor space is shared, but very large, you can safely park the car in total safety. There is also a veranda where you can eat or simply relax. A few minutes' drive away there are tourist centers, lakes and trails.
