Direkt vor der Tür beginnt das charmante Gassengewirr rund um Künstlergasse und Residenzplatz mit vielen Cafés und Restaurants. Der imposante Dom und Rathaus sind nur einen gemütlichen fünfminütigen Spaziergang entfernt – ideal für Kulturfreunde und Stadtentdecker.

The Danube cycle path passes directly by our place. We also have a safe place for bicycles. The apartment is located exactly in the middle of the two docks of Passau for boat travelers. Parking is about 400 meters from us, in the nearby parking garage. Daily price €5.

The garden can be used by our guests. Danube bike path leads past the house, in addition to the usual bus connection, there is also the possibility to transfer to Austria by ferry or to drive to Linz or Passau by steamer.
