Spacious bathroom with floor-to-ceiling shower & window. From the living area you can access the approx. 20 square meter wooden terrace. The apartment is about 300 meters from the beach and the peninsula.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Enjoy the tranquility and unobstructed views of nature. The house offers cozy furnishings with a kitchen, living area and spacious covered terrace. Ideal for those who love country life and real originality – whether as a couple or with friends. Hiking trails, swimming and cycling tours start right outside the door.

Our location in the border triangle allows you to reach Austria and Switzerland in just 10 minutes. Numerous excursion destinations, from the Allgäu to the Rhine Falls, make our region attractive. In rainy weather, the thermal baths in Lindau or, a little further away, in Oberstaufen offer a welcome alternative. We have space for 3-4 people.

We wish you a pleasant time in our small, cozy accommodation near Lake Constance/Lindau (about 10 minutes by car). Everything is possible here for walking and relaxing. It is only 5 km to the A96 ramp. There is also an Edeka and a fast-charging station for electric cars there. Many interesting and beautiful cities are not too far away. - Wangen/Allgäu 13 km - Bregenz 15 km - Dornbirn 28 km - Meersburg 47 And there are many more...

Beautiful farmhouse in the countryside

You will stay cozily and authentically on 24 square meters in our "Bauernstüble." In the living room, there is a dining area, a wardrobe, sofa and satellite TV. A staircase leads to the sleeping area with a 140 × 200 cm mattress. Adjacent to the entrance area is a small but fully equipped kitchen. A modern bathroom with underfloor heating and daylight completes the apartment. A washing machine + dryer can be used for €4 per load.

Schwatzenmühle

Our newly renovated apartment in the Schwatzenmühle can be a cozy temporary home for both families and single travelers. Situated in the middle of the Dreiländerck, on the eastern Lake Constance, you can be in the island city of Lindau, 5 km away, in a short time. Also not far away are the Allgäu mountains with breathtaking natural idyll, hiking trails and ski slopes for all ages.

A nice apartment in the former historic monastery yard of Lindau. This is where the Lindau Monastery used to manage and store its agricultural yields. In addition to the monastery mill, a small river and barns, this so-called monastery yard is quietly and idyllically located. A south-facing balcony allows a clear view of the Alps. The apartment is in a quiet location.
