El Corral de Serafín village house

The house is rented alone or next to the Charcoal Patio for groups, as the two houses can be joined without having to go out to the street to go from one house to another, the occupancy with both houses can be up to 12 people. Rural accommodation at the foot of Sierra Nevada within the municipality of Nigüelas with capacity for 4-6 people. The Corral de Serafín is a house in the purest style of the area, wooden ceilings, dome in the bedrooms, it retains an old stone wall in the living room. On the first floor, it has an outdoor patio, equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace and sofa bed and toilet, on the second floor two bedrooms and full bathroom. It is located in one of the oldest areas of the village, where a part of the irrigation drought is still uncovered, so on many occasions we are accompanied by the sound of the water. The village is on the same side of the mountain, it belongs to the Sierra Nevada National Park, it is three kilometers from the highway. We have to the north Granada 27 km, ski slopes 60 km, to the south Lanjaron and Alpujarra 16 km and the Costa Tropical 40 km away. This makes Nigüelas a magnificent location to visit Granada. Although it is small, it has several things of interest, especially a 15th century oil mill, all of which you can see better in guided tours Niguelas

Read the entire description. We are at the foot of Sierra Nevada. 30 min from the beach and from Granada. With a large garden, vineyards, olive trees and an organic garden. Cottage with separate entrance. Diaphanous of a single environment. With 2 floors. Ground floor with equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room with fireplace and 2 single sofa beds. It has hot/cold underfloor heating. The upper floor is accessed by a spiral staircase and there are 1 doble bed and 1 sofa bed for 1 pax.

Corjito Abubilla is in an established small organic fruit farm and ornamental garden, this bright studio apartment that has a small kitchen/sitting area and en suite bathroom, is part of the main house, but you have your own terrace (with beautiful mountain views) and access to the 16 meter Swimming Pool and a private entrance to the apartment. Casa Sirena is 600m from Beznar Lake. The Valle de Lecrin, or The valley of happiness, is a unique area of outstanding natural beauty surrounding Beznar Lake. The Valley is half way between Granada and the Costa Tropical. Lanjaron the gateway to the Alpujarra is a ten minute drive. One can explore beautiful Granada in the morning and be on the Costa Tropical by siesta time. Both are 25 minutes drive from Beznar. The Sierra Navada Ski Resort is a fifty minute drive.
