The apartment has central air conditioning (cooling/heating), double glazing, and underfloor heating. Free Wi-Fi Internet access. There is no direct access to the apartment via the elevator. Upon entering the apartment, on the right, is the main terrace with a private pool that can be used all year long (not heated). The pool terrace is furnished with garden furniture: table, chairs, umbrella and 2 sun loungers - a perfect place for a nice swim, sunbathing and enjoying the views.

El Corral de Serafín village house

The house is rented alone or next to the Charcoal Patio for groups, as the two houses can be joined without having to go out to the street to go from one house to another, the occupancy with both houses can be up to 12 people. Rural accommodation at the foot of Sierra Nevada within the municipality of Nigüelas with capacity for 4-6 people. The Corral de Serafín is a house in the purest style of the area, wooden ceilings, dome in the bedrooms, it retains an old stone wall in the living room. On the first floor, it has an outdoor patio, equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace and sofa bed and toilet, on the second floor two bedrooms and full bathroom. It is located in one of the oldest areas of the village, where a part of the irrigation drought is still uncovered, so on many occasions we are accompanied by the sound of the water. The village is on the same side of the mountain, it belongs to the Sierra Nevada National Park, it is three kilometers from the highway. We have to the north Granada 27 km, ski slopes 60 km, to the south Lanjaron and Alpujarra 16 km and the Costa Tropical 40 km away. This makes Nigüelas a magnificent location to visit Granada.
