Modern and spacious apartment of 68 square meters. 4 beds, one double bed 180 cm as well as a bunk bed 90 cm divided into two separate bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and washing machine, large balcony with garden furniture. Built in 2019. The apartment is located on top of a double garage. Stairs up to the home. Walking distance to public transport to Norrköping as well as grocery store and restaurants in central Åby.

Modern guest house

Take a break and wind down in this cosy newly built guest house. You'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay - a bathroom with a shower, and a small kitchen including an oven, hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. You can park your car right next to the guest house. A few minutes walk takes you to the nature reserve with hiking routes and a small lake. 15 minutes by car from Norrköping, close to the main road. Unfortunately we can't accept dogs due to a dog allergy.

Stay on a farm near the forest and lake.

You live in a cottage on the farm with a glass veranda and your own patio. If you want to cool off on a hot summer day, you can go down to the swimming area that belongs to the accommodation. The farm is surrounded by beautiful and species-rich meadows, forests with mushrooms, berries and wild animals. There are plenty of play areas for the children. On the farm there are Icelandic horses and sheep that roam freely in the pastures. Also two cats live here and sometimes a dog.
