Property located in the Municipality of Fiumalbo, in the Frignano Park at 1390 meters above sea level, at the foot of Mount Cimone. From here, there are hiking trails for biking and walking, in summer and winter. On site, possibility of renting e-Bikes and snowshoes. It is about 7 km from the Abetone ski resorts and about 18-20 km from the Cimone ski resorts. It is inside a renovated stone village. Near (200 meters) to the Il Borgo dei Celti farmhouse.

Exclusive pool, garden, extraordinary view

Casa Melograno is a carefully renovated stone cottage. To get to the house there is a narrow uphill road not suitable for low-riding cars, where the first 5 meters are for experienced drivers. The pool has a terrace and wooden pergola, deck chairs, and umbrellas. Completing the whole is Tuscan decor with stone walls, chestnut beams and terracotta floors. Casa Melograno has 2 double bedrooms, 1 sofa bed in the living room with a kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
