Beautiful recently renovated typical Canarian house, in a quiet residential area at 750 mt. from the beach, large private terrace with table for 6 and 2 sun loungers. The house has two floors, entering we have the hall from where we access the dining room, kitchen, full bathroom and staircase to access the upper level that has 2 double bedrooms, a full bathroom and a large balcony with views of the sea and the mountains. Shares access through the terrace to the independent lower house.
