Newly renovated cottage close to forest and beach

Fjellerup is a popular summer holiday destination with many options. Within 2 km we have Dagli' Brugs, bakery, thrift shop, restaurants, two ice cream parlors, large playground (200 meters), pizzeria, mini golf and best of all the family-friendly beach. We are in the middle of Djursland's beautiful nature with opportunities for cycling, running and hiking. There are 10 km to Lübker golf resort and Djurs summerland. Our house has 4 bright rooms, a large living room, a beautiful terrace and a lovely garden. Come and enjoy your holidays here!

Jump into the lake from the boat bridge and rinse yourself in hot water overlooking Himmelbjerget. Take your kayak and sail a morning trip and meet the heron. Enjoy your morning coffee in the pavilion with the wood stove on. Read a book in the double bed with a view of the lake or take the mountain bike and ride the route outside the door. Lovely home (year 2020) in a truly unique location. Located right down to the water with its own sandy beach and where you can swim all year round. The home contains a sauna with a window to the water, from where you can really enjoy the sight of the calm water while completely disconnecting. For the house, there are also 3 canoes/kayaks and associated life jackets, so you can enjoy one of Denmark's largest lakes, which is also connected to the Gudenåen. You can also fish directly from the house where the lake is rich in fish.

Only 1 km from the popular harbor town of Ballen with many restaurants and shops. The cottage has its own kitchen, bathroom and terrace with garden furniture. Duvets and pillows are included. Bed linen and towels can be rented for DKK 75 per person per stay or you can bring your own. Perfect for a relaxing holiday by the sea with plenty of activities.

Cozy, spacious and quiet

The house is homely, cozy and spacious and with space on the terrace in summer and in front of the wood-burning stove in winter. With three rooms and an alcove, there are 8 sleeping places, it is possible to gather family and friends. The house is located on a lovely large plot where you will find a large trampoline and sea play and only have 500 meters to the beach and bathing jetty. The area also offers rich opportunities for forest and beach walks 2 km to shopping Note: guests clean themselves before departure.

Dette skønne sommerhus har et fantastisk lysindfald fra syd og vest til det store alrum med køkken, stue og pejsestue i ét. Huset har mange hyggelige kroge inde og ude og er indrettet med både nye og gamle ting, så det er både praktisk, afslappet og hyggeligt at være i huset. Der er terrasser på alle sider og en stor have fuld af blomster og skovjordbær. Der er 5 minutters gang til den dejligste sandstrand og 25 minutters kørsel til Aarhus med Tivoli, Aros, Den Gamle By, Moesgaard osv.

Nice cottage by the sea - Fantastic nature

Cleaning included! Cozy cottage for 6-8 pers. 400 m. from the sea in a nice natural area with lots of animals. Close to Djurs Sommerland, Randers and Århus. Large and nice fenced garden with fireplace and 2 terraces. Firewood for the campfire can be bought. One terrace is to the south and the other is a nice morning terrace with morning sun and lots of shelter. Indoors there are activity room with airhockey and table football. Wii, Xbox and Appletv is also there.

The house has a nice large kitchen, dining room, living room and two bedrooms with double beds and a children's room with a single bed (elevation). In addition, a bathroom with shower. Closed fenced garden and lovely courtyard with garden fireplace, where shelter can always be found. Nice sandy beach with bathing jetty.

The house 10 B is atonally renovated part of a historic 3 wing wood frame house from 1680, located I the cosy village Stauns, with a small dinghy harbour, a excellent starting point for kayak and canoe sailing on the nature reserve Stauns Fjord.
