My place is close to the town center of Wasseralfingen. A bakery, butcher, supermarket and bank are within walking distance. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a well-kept 3-family house and offers about 85 square meters to feel good. The region is ideal for swimming, hiking, cycling and relaxing and is especially attractive for families. Therefore, the apartment is child-friendly and can be handed over with a high chair and baby travel bed on request.

Apartment is located on the outskirts of Nattheim, not very far away from the edge of the forest and from the skylight, you can see very nicely over Nattheim. The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment is located in a private house on the upper very large floor, which is only needed for guests and has a very nice bathroom with rainforest shower (pictures follow). Downtown is a 10-minute walk. The B 29 to Stuttgart and the B 19 to Oberkochen/Heidenheim are very close. The factory bus to the Zeiss company is only about 200 meters away. The apartment is exceptionally equipped. In winter, the underfloor heating is wonderfully warm.
