The kitchen corner is equipped with a toaster , kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, stove, fridge and all kinds of everyday needs. The 140m x200m new box spring bed ,as well as a table with chairs and a double sofa complete the living space. As a small "highlight", a small bay window invites you to have a magnificent view of the Oppenhoffallee. Amenities also include a small stereo system, a TV and Wi-Fi. In the bathroom there is a separate toilet and a bathtub with rain shower. The apartment has 30 square meters is on the 3rd floor with an elevator.

In addition, 1 sleeping loft (140 × 200) and 1 very comfortable sofa bed (130 × 200) as well as a large sofa bed (150 × 200) and the double bed (160 × 200) in the garden room. In addition, a modern kitchen, a chic bathroom with windows and a furnished terrace. Private items are kept to a minimum. 5 min walk to Eurogress or Tivoli, 15 min to town hall/cathedral.

Bei einer Mietdauer von mehr als 90 Tagen unterbreiten wir gerne ein individuelles Angebot. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, 44 qm groß und befindet sich zur alleinigen Nutzung in der 3. Etage. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein 1,80x2,00m Boxspringbett und das Bad ist frisch renoviert.

The city of Aachen is easily accessible with public transportation. Bus and regional train stop are within 3 minutes. You'll love my place because of the surroundings and the comfortable bed. My accommodation is good for couples, solo travelers and business travelers.

It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau.
