Esta casa cuenta con una superficie de 80 metros cuadrados , con una única habiación en planta alta y una zona de estar con cocina y sofá cama doble en planta baja. La planta de arriba es un dormitorio en suite con bañera japonesa, terraza y vistas al mar.

The house is located in the middle of nature, an unbeatable environment for those who enjoy life in the countryside, as well as for those who want a quiet environment a few minutes from the city, since it is located 20 minutes from A Coruña, 45 minutes from Santiago de Compostela and 5 minutes from the Cerceda water park. There are several hiking trails of different distances and difficulty levels available nearby. The house shares a property with my home.
