Chambre non fumeur pour 1 personne, meublée avec lavabo et lit en 90x190. Elle est située au rdc. Toilettes (au 1er étage) et douche (au 2ème étage), sur le palier, à partager avec 4 autres locataires d'autres chambres. A 50 mètres de la station de tramway T2 "Les Milons" (Ligne La Défense - Porte de Versailles) Parquet neuf, peinture refaite, Bureau, chaise, Etagères neufs. La chambre a été refaite mais pas les parties communes, vieillissantes mais propre. Hôtel et quartier calme
