Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

L'appartement (58m2), récemment rénové, est situé au pieds de Montmartre (2mn à pied du Sacré Cœur) au 3e et dernier étage (sans ascenseur) d’un petit immeuble. La rue est peu fréquentée et à proximité des commerces entre les métros Lamarck et Jules Joffrin sur la ligne M12 (direct Gare Montparnasse) et Chateau-Rouge sur la ligne M4 (accès aéroport). Spacieux et lumineux, l’appartement vous offrira tout le confort nécessaire pour un week-end (2 nuits minimum) ou plus dans la ville lumière.

Our newly renovated Parisian apartment welcomes you! We're at walking distance from Sacré Cœur and La Chapelle Adidas Arena and next to the Paris metro (Marcadet-Poissonniers, lines 4 and 12). The apartment comes with with a large living room, a master bedroom, a secondary bedroom with a sofa bed and an office space, a fully equipped kitchen, and a beautiful bathroom plus a separate toilet (the French way). We have a French bulldog ourselves, so your fur babies are more than welcome :)

Appartement très agréable situé en plein coeur du village des Batignolles. Restaurants, bars à vins, terrasses de cafés et lignes de métro (13,2 et 14) à proximité. Direct aéroport d’Orly avec la ligne 14. Le logement est situé au 1er étage sur cour, au calme et au frais. Il dispose d'une chambre séparée, d'un salon et d'une cuisine équipée. Stunning place Montmartre near South Pigalle for 2

Appartement haussmannien rénové par architecte. Il dispose d’un balcon filant permettant de prendre des repas en profitant du soleil parisien. Juste en bas de l’appartement il y a une excellent fromagerie, une très bonne boulangerie et une brasserie typiquement parisienne. Montmartre se situe à 5 minutes à pieds tout comme la Gare du Nord et de nombreuses lignes de métro.
